I was interested in starting to lift heavy weights, and since I had no previous experience other than watching a few youtube videos and DVDs, I knew I needed to get at least a few lessons from someone experienced in olympic weight lifting so I could learn proper form from the start.

Keith is what you might call “overqualified” for this kind of job, but you would never know it by the way he has treated me and my fiance. With the amount of experience (including impressive accomplishments you’d have to drag out of him) and knowledge he has in weight lifting, you wouldn’t expect him to be as approachable and humble as he is.
